Air Amplifiers

Exair Air Amplifiers offer a simple, cost-effective way to move air, smoke, fumes, and light materials. Using only a small amount of compressed air, Air Amplifiers draw in large volumes of surrounding air to deliver high-volume, high-velocity flows. With no electricity required and no moving parts to wear out, they’re built to last and virtually maintenance-free.

Air Guns

Available in a range of sizes and configurations, an Exair Air Gun is a small but powerful and robust tool, ideal for your blow-off and cleaning tasks. Exair Air Guns are highly customisable to suit your needs, with a choice of nozzle sizes, pipe extensions, and chip shields available.

They’re also built with safety in mind. Operating at reduced noise levels, they can’t be blocked, protecting against the harmful dead-end pressures that make many air guns a hazard on the plant floor.

Air Knives

Exair Air Knives deliver a sheet of laminar airflow, providing a highly efficient way to clean, dry, or cool parts, webs, and conveyors across your production lines.

Three models are available: the Super Air Knife, Standard Air Knife, and Full-Flow Air Knife. The Super Air Knife is the most efficient and quietest option, available in the widest range of sizes and materials, while the Standard and Full-Flow Air Knives offer great-value alternatives where budget or space is a consideration.

Air Nozzles & Jets

Ideal for removing dust, debris, and water from small areas, Exair nozzles and jets are highly efficient, quiet, and built to reach those hard-to-access spots.

They produce a powerful stream of air focused on a small point, making them the perfect tool for part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blow-off, part ejection, and more.

Air Operated Conveyors

Air Operated Conveyors, or Line Vacs, are ideal for moving large volumes of material across long distances.

Connected to standard hose, Line Vacs use minimal compressed air to move material through the line vertically or horizontally. With no moving parts and no electricity, they’re easy to maintain and carry minimal risk of clogging, making them a highly efficient and cost-effective solution.

With a range of sizes and materials available, there’s a Line Vac to suit your needs.

Air Wipes

Designed for the blow-off or cooling of pipe, tubing, and cable, Exair Air Wipes provide a 360° flow of air with no contact to the product and no wiper blades to wear out.

Two variations are available: the Super Air Wipe, offered in aluminium and stainless steel for hygienic and high-temperature use, and the Standard Air Wipe, a lower-cost option in aluminium with coated screws and PVC hose, suited to applications where durability and corrosion resistance aren’t a concern.

Cabinet Coolers

High temperatures can wreak havoc on electrical cabinets, causing erroneous readings, trip-outs, and fried circuit boards.

Exair’s Cabinet Cooler range is the ideal solution. Using compressed air and vortex tube technology, Cabinet Coolers deliver a stream of cold air directly into your electrical cabinet, protecting it against heat, dirt, and dust.

With no moving parts and no maintenance required, they’re affordable, effective, easy to install, and could save you significant downtime. A wide range of sizes and materials is available to suit all types of electrical cabinet.

Cold Gun

Ideal for spot cooling of equipment, Cold Guns produce a stream of cold air at 30°C below supply temperature.

They’re perfect for tools that generate excessive heat, such as milling, drilling, surface grinding, and tool sharpening machines, and offer a clean alternative to harmful cutting fluids and coolants.

Static Eliminators

Static electricity can be a real nuisance in production, causing dust to cling to products, materials to jam, and hazardous shocks.

With a range of configurations available, Exair Static Eliminators deliver a flow of ionised air that removes static with ease.

Vortex Tubes

Vortex Tubes offer a low-cost, reliable, maintenance-free solution for industrial spot cooling, producing air temperatures down to −46°C.

Small and lightweight, they use vortex technology to efficiently convert compressed air into cold air, ideal for spot cooling, protecting power tools, cooling soldered parts, and more.

Adjustable and mini models are also available, so you can direct the cold air exactly where it’s needed.
